The Issue


When you sign in with Apple or Google, your name is only shared with the app on your very first sign-in. If you previously signed in without sharing your name, or if you're testing the app multiple times, you won't see the name sharing prompt again.


How to Reset Sign in with Apple
On iPhone/iPad: 1. Open Settings 2. Tap your name at the top (Apple ID) 3. Tap Sign in with Apple 4. Find the app in the list 5. Tap Stop Using Apple ID 6. Confirm by tapping Stop Using


On Mac: 1. Open System Settings (or System Preferences) 2. Click your name (Apple ID) 3. Click Sign in with Apple 4. Find the app and click the ⓘ button 5. Click Stop Using Apple ID


After revoking access, sign in again and you'll see the option to share your name.


How to Reset Sign in with Google


On any device: 1. Go to https://myaccount.google.com/permissions 2. Find the app in the list of "Third-party apps with account access" 3. Click on the app 4. Click Remove Access 5. Confirm by clicking OK


On Android: 1. Open Settings 2. Tap Google → Manage your Google Account 3. Tap Security tab 4. Scroll to "Third-party apps with account access" 5. Tap Manage third-party access 6. Find and remove the app


After revoking access, sign in again and Google will prompt you to share your profile information.

Still Having Issues (Mobile only)?


If you've revoked access and still don't see your name after signing in: 1. Delete and reinstall the app 2. Sign in again with Apple or Google 3. When prompted, make sure to share your name (don't tap "Hide My Email" without also sharing your name on Apple)

Visit thegeneralsyfca.org and click "Sign Up." You can register using your email address, Google account, or Apple ID. Complete your profile with your name and contact information.
Click "Forgot Password" on the sign-in page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Each parent should have their own account for proper communication and notifications. However, both parents can be linked to the same family and athletes. That feature has not yet been implemented, but is coming soon.
Search for "TGYFCA" or "The Generals" in the iOS App Store or Google Play Store. The app is free to download. The appshave not yet been released, but they are comng soon.
Q: Why can't I sign in with my email? A: Make sure you're using the same sign-in method you used when creating your account. If you signed up with Google, use "Continue with Google." If you signed in with Apple, use "Continue with Apple."
This feature is only available on the app. Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation, then tap "Edit Profile" to update your name, phone number, or other details.

In the app, navigate to your Family page from the dashboard. Past registrations and payment history are displayed there.
If you're associated with multiple families, tap the Family selector at the top of the Home screen to switch between them.
Swipe left on the family member's name in the Family screen and tap "Remove." Note: This only removes their association, not their account.
Go to your Family page and click "Add Athlete." Enter the required information including name, date of birth, and gender. Medical information can be added afterward.
Georgia ID, a Federal ID, or a Passport is required for each Athlete. Additional documents may be required based on the sport and division..
Navigate to the athlete's profile and click "Medical Information." Update allergies, conditions, medications, and emergency contacts as needed.
From the Home screen, tap "Add Athlete" or navigate to your Family and tap the "+" button. Complete the required information.
Open the athlete's profile and tap on the photo circle. You can take a new photo or choose one from your gallery.
Open the athlete's profile, tap the menu (three dots), and select "Delete." Confirm the deletion. Note: This cannot be undone. Alternatively, on the Family page, swipe left.
Click "Register" on the menu. Select your athlete, choose the sport and division, and complete the payment process.
Refund policies vary by timing. Before team placement, a full refund minus administrative fees is available. After team placement, partial refunds may be considered with documentation. Once certification is completed, we would be unable to provide a refund.
During registration, all athletes in the selected family and the sports available for that athlete are shown. Simply select the sport for each athlete shown before proceeding to review the order and to make payment.
That feature is coming soon. You will see confirmation, and you will be unable to enroll your child in a sport multiple times.
Registration payments are processed through our secure payment system. You can pay with credit card, debit card, or ACH bank transfer.

The Home screen shows upcoming events for all your athletes. Tap on any event for details including location, time, and directions.
Tap on any event with a location to open directions in your preferred maps app.
Navigate to your athlete's team page to find coach contact information. You can also use the in-app messaging feature.
Contact support at info@thegeneralsyfca.org with details about the incorrect information.
Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. Note: This permanently removes all your data and cannot be undone. Active registrations must be resolved first. In addition, legal holds will not allow deltions in compliance to privacy laws.

Coach. Your parents are going to come to you for issues in this experience. We are doing more in one connected-experience than we have done in the past. Below are answers to questions that you might have about the tools in your toolbox.

If you've been assigned as a coach, you'll see a "Coach Dashboard" option in your navigation menu in the app.
Contact your administrator to verify your coach role has been properly assigned in the system. You will need to restart the app for changes to take effect.
In your Dashboard is the Team option. Click on it, and you will find your team. If you have a child in the program on another team, you will see that team as well.
IF you are a Head Coach, in your team view, you will be able to select "manage" to take care of your roster. We do not have a delagation function agt this time, so you may not give permission to do this to your Team Mother(s) at this time. Seek the help of an administrator.
No. The roster contains personal information, which should not exist outside of the system.
